If you are a registered voter moving into Multnomah County, or are moving to another county in Oregon, you must complete a new Voter Registration. This change of address form is only for change of residence/mailing address in Multnomah County, and military/overseas voters registered in Multnomah County. All other changes require a new Voter Registration.
